1. Shipping Policy

• We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery time depends on your location, usually between 3–7 business days.
• You will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS once your order has been shipped.
• Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

2. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be announced soon.

3. Return Policy

• You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
• We do not accept returns for used, damaged (after delivery), or customized items.
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection of the returned item.

4. Refund Method

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as per your preference.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed for the same product in case of size issues (if available in stock).
